Skills log for Monday, June 6th

Was going to run at lunch, but Kiza found out she got the job she'd interviewed for, so we had a little celebratory lunch together.  It was also stinking hot outside, so I opted for my rings workout, which I haven't done in ages.

Did the standard routine:
- holds  3 sets of 10 seconds.
- tucks 3 sets of 3 hold for 3 seconds
- dips 3 sets of 5
- reverse row sit backs,  3 sets of 3
- pull ups 3 sets of 3

Ridiculously hard.
