Strength log for Tuesday, December 2nd

Still feeling bummed about yesterday's failed attempt at 150# strict press.

Went through the motions of 5 sets of 3 back squats at just over 85% of max (255#).

Wasn't too hard.  One rep somewhere in the middle had me on my toes, but I corrected quickly.

A good bricklaying workout.
