Strength log for Friday, December 12th

Physio homework day.

Did my shoulder lat stretch and some bretzels.  Then I did some pretty good handstand holds. 

Then I moved on to presses.  I wanted to hit 145# for 2 in anticipation of going for 150# next week or the week after.

First attempt at 145#, couldn't get it.  Not happy.

Walked away.   Took a few minutes and came back.  Fought it hard.  Leaning way too far back to recruit some other muscles and finally got it, but there would be no double.

Glad I could hit my current PR, but wow, that shouldn't still be that hard. 

Oh well.  Just keep laying bricks.
