Crossfit log for Tuesday, December 2nd

Awake at 3:30am, fell back to sleep 15 or 20 minutes before the alarm. Somehow managed to get up.

Started with power snatch, 3 rep max touch and go.

Did 115# fairly easily.  125# wasn't happening.

WOD was a bummer because of shoe issues.

4 rounds for time
- 10 overhead squats 115#
- 1 rope climb
- 10 pull ups
- 10 dips

Chosing between lifting shoes to OHS or other shoes to rope climb sucks.  I wasn't feeling the OHS love anyway, so I subbed out the OHS for front squats.

Good choice.

Got hard during round 3.   Squats and pull ups were fine.  Rope climb was hard to start, once you got going it was fine.  Last round of dips were really hard.  Did 3, 2, 1,1,1,1,1.  Ugh.
