Strength log for Thursday, December 4th

Wasn't sure what to do,  wanted to do bench but arms were pretty wrecked from this morning.  Since yesterday was essentially a rest day, I decided to do front squats.  I'll do bench tomorrow.

5 sets of 3 at 85%  216#, so I rounded up to 86% which is 220#

Went well.  Good and hard.  Maintained good position.

More brick, well laid.
