Mobility log for Monday, December 15th

Still in recovery mode from Saturday.

Couldn't not go to the Y, so I worked through my mobility drills.

Stretched out my shoulders and back.  Did some handstand holds; getting pretty good.

Then I did some feet-together-rounded-back-squats and stretched my achilles and calves.

After that the steam room did wonders for my sinuses that have been bugging my since Saturday during the night.

Feeling pretty good now.  Not 100%, but pretty good.
