Strength log for Monday, December 22nd

I should have known better.

Going for a PR back squat would require fresh legs, and that, I didn't have.

Oh well, it was a good effort and it was close.  Next time for sure.

I'll need to figure out my workout schedule for the next two weeks with holidays and travel to contend with.

After failing at 305# I peeled of to 225# for 4, just to reestablish the motor pattern.

Then I did my physio homework for my shoulders.  Didn't do the pistol work.
