Strength log for Friday, July 11th

Happy with that workout.

Bench press, 5 sets of 5 at 75% which is 161# so I rounded up to 165#.

Not easy on the last set, but solid.

Rolled my back a bit more.  Still a bit tight after Wednesday's dead lifts.

Now for 2 days of rest.
