Strength log for Monday, June 16th.

Decided to do push press at lunch.  Haven't done that in ages, been mostly strict press, so figured I'd switch it up a bit.

Worked up to my current 1 rep max of 175#, tried for 185#, twice, failed both.

Peeled back to  155# and did 3 sets of 3. 

Done.
