Crossfit log for Friday, June 29th

Finally felt well enough to back to Crossfit this morning.

Promised my self I'd do women's blue Rx no more.

Was true to my word.

We did strength work first: should press to 1 rep max.
warm up at 45# (just the bar), then 75# for 3 reps, then 105# and that was my max. Didn't know it before, so good to know now.

Practised some rope climbs.

WOD was total met con
8 min AMRAP
-6 2 hand dumbbell snatch 20#
-4 burpees

Managed only 6 rounds + 1 snatch. Good enough.
