Croosfit log for Thursday, June 7th

Another tough one today.

No strength work required! We did work on handstand skills and handstand walking though.

The WOD was 5 rounds for time:
10 dead lifts 165lbs
5 dumbell clean + thrusters
10 ball slams
5 strict pull ups.

It was a 15 minutes affair, plus 6 seconds. Just brutal.

Halo in place.
