Crossfit log for Wednesday, April 18th

Rough morning at Crossfit.

No strength work. 20 minute AMRAP

- 5 pull ups
- 10 thrusters 65# ( Scaled was 75#)
- 1 length 15# overhead plate lunges (12 steps)
- 10 sit ups
- 10 mountain climbers

I hate thrusters.
Managed only 4 rounds plus finished the thrusters on the 5th. Still sore in the shoulders and triceps from Monday's overhead work.
