Crossfit log for Monday, April 30th

Back at it this morning.

Dynamic effort back squats. 75% of 1 rep max. 12 sets of 2 reps in explosive rapid succession on the minute

WOD was straightforward.

4 rounds for time
20 double unders
20 kettle bell swings 20kg
10 prisoner squats

Double unders slowed me down a lot as usual. Got a couple of good streaks of 7-8 in a row. So not all bad.
