Crossfit log for Friday, April 27th

Friday Morning Chipper:

Row 500m
30 push presses
30 front squats
30 dead lifts
20 pull ups
20 hang cleans
20 jumping squats
10 knees to elbows
10 air squats
10 reverse burpees

Brutal. They call it a chipper because you just chip away at it until it's done. Was off the rower in 1:50, solid. Had women's Rx on the bar (65#)
