Crossfit log for Monday, April 16th

Well today's workout brought me back to reality.

No climbing ropes like a champ today, oh no, heavy thrusters like an old lady.

My heavy is apparently 95#! Ugh. No wonder I can't do Fran at Rx!

Did 4 sets of 4.

More over head work for the WOD:
10 min AMRAP
5 push press
5 push ups
5 hang power cleans
10 prisoner squats

5 rounds + 5 power cleans

Triceps are gonna be sore for a couple of days.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but I really suck at over head stuff, need to work on that.
