Crossfit log for Monday, May 20th

Today we did only lifting, no WOD.

15 minutes to get to 90% of snatch max
15 minutes to get to clean and jerk 90% of max
3 sets of 2 front squats at 80%
3 sets of 3 dead lifts at 80%

For the snatch, I worked on overhead squat and mobility until less than a minute to go and split snatch 95# and 115# without problem

Worked up to 155# in the clean and jerk.

I think I did 175# for the front squats and 225# for the dead lifts.
