Crossfit log for Wednesday, May 15th

Team WOD Wednesday

Worked with Lissa, neither of us seemed to have any fire this morning.

2 rounds for time 20:00 cap teams of 2, share the work. Only 1 person works at a time.
50 Thrusters 75# / 65#
50 kettle bell swings 24kg 20kg
8 rope climbs/ 10 get ups
50 plate burpees
50 dumb bell cleans 30/25

We only made it through 1 round and 30 thrusters
