I need a massage.
I'm getting a sharp pain in the middle of my deltoid when I put my right
arm overhead and externally rotate my shoulder, with a complete loss of
strength. Once it's warmed up and I can manage, but it ain't fun.
We did 3 sets of 4 at 95# then 2 sets of 8 at 65#.
WOD was 6 rounds of 10-8-8-6-6-6
- Plate push ups (alternating hands on plates, jump to hands between plates, jump back on plates, etc...)
- Bar bell rows Did 65# (could have gone heavier)
- knees to elbows.
