Went to Crossfit today.
Not the same as mornings, without my crew its not as fun. I only knew on person.
No strength work. Did Turkish Get-ups for a warmup. Yuck.
WOD was a 15 min AMRAP
5 hang squat cleans did 75lbs
10 toe to bar (did knees to elbows)
15 wall balls 20#
20 double unders.
Had a speed rope today, so I actually didn't suck too badly this time.
Started doing toe to bar, but was sucking so I switch.
Cleans went really well. I should've gone a bit higher, maybe 85lbs but didn't feel like I needed to break any records.
Wallballs went well.
Managed 4 rounds and 6 knees to elbows.
