Another "looked easier on the board" workouts.
Strength was barbell lunges. Stepping back into a lunge, knee does not touch the ground, explode up to stand.
8 reps per leg x 3 sets.
WOD:
7 rounds for time:
5 box jumps (did 30")
5 power clean (did 85#)
5 burpees.

Box jumps are killer (Rx was 36")!!!
