Crossfit log for Thrusday, February 14th

Strength was back squats 4 sets of 8, did 135#, 135#, 145#, 145# Form was really good, so I guess I chose a good weight.

WOD was a killer
Once through for time:
Row 800m
20 power cleans 105#
30 box jumps 24"
10 lengths over head lunges 35# plate (about 100 steps)
20 lengths farmer walk 24kg kettle bells

23:25, brutal. Lunges were killers.
