4 Days off. First day back as a married man. Armed with my silicone Qalo wedding band I got back to work.
Warm up was 6 minutes of 6 push ups, 9 lateral lunges, 12 sit ups.
Strength/skill was 5 sets of 3 front squats + 1 jerk.
Did empty bar, 95#, 135#, 155#, 165#, 185# and 205# (but failed the jerk).
WOD was not fun.
15 minute EMOM 40 seconds on 20 seconds off, alternating:
- push jerks for max reps 135#/95#
- burpee box jumps for max reps
- deadlifts for max reps, same bar.
Did women's Rx

152 reps. Burpees suck.
