- 20 kettle bell swings 20kg.
- 15 shoulder to overhead 75# (choice of: press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, whatever gets that bar overhead)
- 10 ring dips
- 15 shoulder to overhead 75#
- 20 kettle bell swings 20kg.
- 1 rope climb.
Finished
the run in 8:46, total time was 18:19. Ring dips were rough, and the
second time through the push press was really rough.
Good workout.
