Crossfit log for Wednesday, June 15th

I'm liking Crossfit a lot. The work, the community, the premise behind it all is striking a cord with me. So we'll see where it all leads.

Did the last intro session today.

Finally learned how to do a proper dead-lift.

After covering the technique I did:

25 each.
Dead-lift 65lbs
Wall-ball 12lbs
Skip
KB Swing 25lbs

Just under 5min. It was rough. The dead lifts were particularly difficult and took a lot out of me. Wall balls I did really well. Kettle Bell was pretty good but I was hurting by then and my form would fall apart. But over all I did pretty good.
