Loosely followed today's workout on my own at the Y
Did
close grip bench, 3 sets of 6-8, warmed up with empty bar, 95#, 115#,
working sets were 135# 145# and 155#. Happy with that.
They did
strict hand stand push ups, but I did strict press instead, except my
triceps were toast from the bench press, so I bailed.
I did 4 sets of 8 toes-to-bar, then I did some mobility work to kill the rest of the time.
