Another good TM session.
Kilometre repeats, had time for 3 reps with 5:00 recovery @ 5:45/km (4:36, 4:32, 4:27)
With
a 10 min warm up and some kind of cool down, getting up to 5 reps will
make for a long lunch, not sure how I'll pull it off...
... maybe save if for a slow day at the office.
