Really wasn't sure how things would go today.
Last back squat workout wasn't a huge success. Plus being somewhat in recovery mode, I wasn't sure I'd be able to hit my target.
So I just built up slowly, and worked with what I had.
I was thinking of doing a double at 285# between 96 and 97% of max.
But when I hit 275# the double was really hard, so I changed the plan to 3 heavy singles at 285# and thankfully that went really well.
So I think I'm ready to hit 305# next week. That's the plan anyway.
I did my physio homework but forgot the handstand holds. Figure I did enough handstands this morning!
