That was better.
No strength work. Just stretch, squat, hand stand.
Stretch was good, re-tested with wall slides:
Not much improvement yet. But these things take time.
Hand stands went really well. Found my centre quickly. Can't tell if my position is good. Every time I tried to push my head and torso through my shoulders I'd fall. This may take time too.
Squat in my good lifters still isn't to the point where I can relax in the bottom, but at least I can get to the bottom without falling backwards.
So I'll take it.
