Ugh!
The 2013 Crossfit Open week 3 WOD, 13.3 was released last night, a repeat of last year's 12.4 :
12min AMRAP:
150 wall balls 20#/14#
90 double unders
30 muscle ups
Didn't
need to worry about my inability to do muscle ups, there was no way I'd
get that far. In fact I almost didn't have to worry about double
unders, I finished the wall balls in 11:55, and managed to get only 1
double under. Crazy.
Score: 151. Ugh.
