It dawn on me why my run yesterday wasn't
stellar, in the middle of the night when I got up get some medicine for a
coughing Delilah, my legs were really sore and tight.
I
tallied up all the things I'd done lately to figure out why, no hard
runs, no squats.... oh, maybe those 80 box jumps have something to do
with it!
ETA:
and I just went back to add the Ring Rows to my workout from yesterday
morning. my upper back and shoulder and in the same shape as my legs!
