Post Midsummer night's run workout.
Did the recovery workout:
3 sets (not timed) of 12 reps each:
GHD sit-ups
GHD hip extensions
16kg kettle bell swing
hand release push ups
air squats
165lbs pull downs
was able to do 8 uninterrupted pull downs at 165lbs. Then did the 4 after a short break.
Felt good. Stretched a lot.
