Here we go.
Ran the first of 5 5km races in 5 weeks. Sucked. 23min and change.
Went
to the free class at L'Usine Crossfit in Gatineau. This is what I
need. Taking the intro course next week. Start full on the week after.
We'll see what I can muster at Do it For Dad next week.
