Strength work was clean and jerk complex
25 min to find max at:
1 power clean
1 hang full clean
1 full clean
2 jerks.
Since I'd been away for two weeks I went easy and maxed out at 115#
We were supposed to use that weight for the WOD but I dropped it to 105#, I'll be sore enough, no need to push it.
WOD: 6 rounds, 10 minute cap
1 clean and jerk
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Finished
with 1:08 left on the clock. Bloody push ups, last three rounds I had
to stop at 5 and take a break before resuming. The rest was fine.
