Warming
up my dead lift was told quite bluntly that my upper back and shoulder were a
total "shit show". I guess I need to anchor my shoulders back and puff
out my chest, but it's hard. Too many years of bad posture. Good to be
aware of it so you can focus on correcting it.
First 4 rounds were okay, 5, 6, and 7 not so fun. 8 was just get it over with already.
Finished in 20:14.
