Bad dress rehearsal great opening night right?
My
last long run before race day was a bit of a disaster. Still some
residual soreness from Friday's WOD and my heel isn't at 100% for sure.
Ice, foam roller and rest for a today and tomorrow, maybe even Tuesday.
A couple of easier runs, maybe something short near race pace, just to
get a feel for that pace. And we'll see.
Right now, race day could go either way.
