Back feels good today. A bit sore, but a good sore, like "I worked hard" sore, not "I can't bend over" sore.
Shoulders are sore too.
Today's WOD at the Y.
5 rounds of:
10 wall balls
10 t2b
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 double-unders
Harder than I expected it to be.
