Crossfit log for Saturday, January 19th

Well I'm glad that's over.

Back at Crossfit yesterday, felt fine going in but quickly became aware that my legs weren't quite recovered yet.

Strength: 4 sets of 3 heavy dead lifts, increasing weight.
185# - 205# - 225# - 235#
Last rep I ran out of grip strength.

WOD was a killer on the legs.
12 min AMRAP
-100 wall balls
-50 kettle bell swings 16kg
-50 thrusters 75#

Made it to 8 thrusters.
